Alver Valley Country Park (580 Acres) is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. With its mix of woodland, meadows, and wetlands, the park is perfect for walking, cycling, and wildlife spotting. Family-friendly trails and a café make it an ideal destination for a day out.
Nestled between Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent, the Alver Valley is a 200 hectare green space, home to a rich mosaic of habitats. Part owned by Gosport Borough council and the MOD, the valley is carefully managed by conservation groups and the Council’s Countryside team. Look out for dragonflies, kestrels, skylark and more. Look out for the Wildgrounds Nature Reserve, Little Woodham Village and the BMX track nearby.
