This award-winning museum is located in historic 18th century waterfront buildings which formerly were the Royal Navy’s armaments depot. Using interactive and audio-visual displays, the Museum tells the story of naval armaments through the ages. The collection includes cannons & guns, shells & munitions, mines, torpedoes and modern missiles. There’s even an atomic bomb. Ideal for visitors of all ages, the Museum also runs a year-round programme of events and activities. The Museum is part of the National Museum of the Royal Navy.
